Menu samples

On this page examples of the different menu displays are shown.

This page demonstrates the menu lay-outs that are currently available.

At this moment these are:
  1. Horizontal rollout with multiple starting point.
  2. Horizontal rollout with single starting point.
  3. Navigationbar with multiple starting point.
  4. Navigationbar with single starting point.
  5. Vertical rollout with multiple starting point.
  6. Vertical rollout with single starting point.
  7. Fixed group oriented menu (meant to be used in the footer).
  8. Fixed page oriented menu for simple web sites with fixed front page (meant to be used in the footer).
  9. Fixed page oriented menu for more complex web sites with fixed front page (meant to be used in the footer).

A multiple starting point means that the first layer contains a number of starting points; like chapternames and archives next to each other. Single means that there is only 1 starting point (often simply called Menu).
In every menu effort is put in displaying the active path to the current page (by use of italic and bold font).
When a rollout contains a lot of elements then a scroller is displayed.
